What the Notice Must Contain
- Full name (or company name) and status of the applicant — right holder or its representative (with a power of attorney or other document confirming the authority);
- exact links (URLs) to the pages on btg.ivsofte.biz that, in your opinion, infringe your rights;
- description of the protected object (work, trademark, other IP object) and the basis of the claim;
- proof of rights — trademark registration data / copyright certificates / other supporting documents or links to public registries;
- a good-faith statement: "I confirm that the use of the materials in question has not been authorized by the right holder, its representative or by law, and that the information in this notice is accurate";
- contact details for response (name, email, optionally postal address and phone);
- date and signature (for emails, the full name in the email signature is sufficient).
Review Procedure
We review notices within 10 business days. If there are sufficient grounds, we may:
- restrict or remove access to the disputed materials;
- request additional information and documents from the applicant;
- notify the person who posted the materials (where applicable) of the complaint received;
- send a reasoned response to the applicant.
Applicant's Liability
The applicant is liable for the accuracy of the information provided, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Knowingly false notices submitted with the intent to harm bona fide users or the Operator may result in liability of the applicant.
