Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Website provides remote services (consulting, installation, launch, configuration, technical support of software). Refund conditions are aligned with Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The User understands that the result of the Service may depend on the device configuration, OS settings, network conditions and changes made by third-party services and programs.

2. When a Refund Is Possible

  • If the Service has not been started and the User submits a request within 24 hours after payment — a full refund is granted.
  • If the Service was rendered partially — a partial refund is possible in proportion to the part not yet rendered, taking into account the Operator's actual time and expenses.
  • If the activation key was issued incorrectly or is non-working — the key is reissued, or a full refund is granted.
  • If the Operator is objectively unable to perform its obligations for technical reasons — a full refund is granted.

3. When a Refund Is Not Granted

  • The Service has been started or actually rendered (including consultation, diagnostics, connection, choice of solution, issuance of a working activation key);
  • the issue is caused by the configuration of the PC / OS / drivers / antivirus / conflicts with third-party software;
  • third-party services, games or programs have changed their rules, updates or restrictions (in this case, where possible, we provide an update);
  • the User's account has been banned in a third-party service or game (the risk of a ban is an inherent part of using such software and is voluntarily accepted by the User);
  • the User refused to provide the necessary information or perform the required actions for the Service;
  • signs of abuse, fraud, unauthorized interference or violation of the Terms of Service have been detected.

4. Submission Procedure

A refund request shall be sent to: ivsofte@gmail.com. Please include: the email used for payment, the date and amount of the payment, the order ID and the reason for refund.

The request review period is up to 10 business days. After approval the funds will be credited to the User's account within 3–14 business days (the period depends on the payment system).

Refunds are made to the same payment details used for payment, or through the refund system of the Digiseller payment provider.
